Information Collection and Use

When you create an account on our application site or sign-in for service, WaitWell Inc. will require information such as your name, email and phone number. This information is collected solely for the purposes of giving you access to the application, its features and the services you require from the software.

Any personal information collected by WaitWell is not shared with any third party other than when necessary for online payment processing.

If you make an online purchase using our application website, then we will require only the information necessary for the payment to be processed by our merchant provider. The Credit Card information is not stored by WaitWell Inc., but instead is only used by the Secure Payment Gateway. We never store any credit card numbers.

Data Retention

WaitWell Inc. will only retain client data for as long as needed. This means that we will retain client data for as long as the client has a current and active account with WaitWell Inc. Once a client’s term has expired or has been terminated, then WaitWell Inc. will no longer retain the client data nor any personal information.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
